2018 Gala Dinner & Awards Ceremony

Held on 13th September at the Museum of Army Flying, Middle Wallop, the Test Valley Business Awards Gala Dinner & Awards Ceremony provides the perfect opportunity for up to 170 local business representative to come together to network and enjoy a sumptuous 3-course meal prepared by Michelin award winning chefs McCrimmon & Reid, all in a relaxed and informal setting.

Following the long-awaited announcement of the shortlist of finalists for the Test Valley Business Awards 2018, booking is now open for the Gala Dinner & Awards Ceremony.

Held on 13th September at the Museum of Army Flying, Middle Wallop, the Test Valley Business Awards Gala Dinner & Awards Ceremony provides the perfect opportunity for up to 170 local business representative to come together to network and enjoy a sumptuous 3-course meal prepared by Michelin award winning chefs McCrimmon & Reid, all in a relaxed and informal setting.

The event will also see journalist and broadcaster Jenni Murray – best known for presenting BBC Radio 4’s Woman’s Hour – take to the stage as Guest Speaker for the evening.

Attendees of the Gala Dinner & Awards Ceremony will receive a free welcome drink upon arrival and 3-course meal.

During the evening, we will be raising funds for local charity James’s Place Community Group.

The evening will begin at 6.30pm with welcome drinks & networking.

  • Starters
    • Pressed ham hock and apple terrine with spiced pear chutney and brioche
    • Gazpacho soup with orange oil, sherry and basil (v)
  • Mains
    • Tarragon and chanterelle stuffed guinea fowl with smoked potato puree, honey glazed carrots, savoy cabbage, pancetta and madeira jus
    • Butternut squash and ricotta strudel with crispy sage, wild mushroom and spinach (v)
  • Desserts
    • Lemon verbena posset with Eton mess (suitable for vegetarians)
