Final prize winner revealed with just 10 to go to enter this year’s Test Valley Business Awards!
With little more than 10 days to go until entries close in this year’s Test Valley Business Awards, the fifth and final entry prize winner has been announced.
Picked entirely at random from a hat, Kate Griffin of Wessex Spirits in Andover has been named the lucky winner of a miniature hamper, generously donated by Hampshire Fare.
Kate was chosen by the Awards’ fourth entry prize winner, Lisa Armstrong of Active Staff Ltd., whilst Lisa was presented with her own prize – a hand-sewn doorstop, courtesy of Porter’s Emporium.
Lisa Armstrong of Active Staff Ltd. commented of her entry prize win:
“I’m so pleased to have won an entry prize during the Awards’ entry period this year just for entering my business into the running; we’re incredibly proud of what we do here at Active Staff and entering the Awards is just one way we can showcase that to the local business community.”
This year, businesses are being encouraged to enter any or all of the Awards 6 categories, sponsored by some of the areas most accomplished and well-established businesses.

To enter, businesses are asked to visit: www.tvbawards.org.uk/enter and fill in the simple online form with 200 – 250 words about your business against the relevant category judging criteria, which can also be found on the Awards’ website.
Although the final entry prize winner has been announced, there is still time for businesses to enter as many categories as possible before entries close at midnight on 13th May.
You know best how your business excels; why it is special and why others should know more about it. A little effort can go a long way!
The Awards is free to enter; taking just a few short minutes to fill in the online form which, if successfully chosen as a winner, could lead to a full 12 months of business promotion across the Test Valley, including editorial and advertising opportunities worth over £1,000.
Now in its 15th year, the Test Valley Business Awards – run by a steering group of volunteers – has become a well-established platform to champion business excellence. It is a great way of shining a light particularly on the many new and small businesses in the region, all doing interesting and valuable work, but often out of sight.
